Our story started in 2001 as college friends that built a bond and connected through the realization that we both suffer from anxiety and depression. 

More specifically, Ruby's Veteran status caused her to have PTSD, so we wanted to find something that could help us both naturally instead of using medicines or chemicals.

Like most people, we don't really like taking pharmaceuticals, so creating delicious, sweet treats that could be consumed in dessert form or just as a quick snack was the way to go for us.
